What if I have more than 25 agents or 1,000 users?

What is the difference between a user and an agent Account?
The difference between a User and an Agent relates to the number of features available to the user in the DefenseOps platform.
User accounts are given the ability to enter new security incidents and visitor requests, and to check the status of these requests. To be most effective, all of your employees should be granted User level access to DefenseOps.
Agent accounts have access to all of DefenseOps' other features, including risk management, visitor management, and the Operations Dashboard. To be most effective, your employees that are responsible for information technology or cybersecurity management or support activities should be granted Agent level access to DefenseOps.
